Campus Departments
As outlined in University Policies for Disability Access, all departmental activities must be accessible to people with disabilities. It is the responsibility of the group or entity sponsoring an event to ensure that appropriate accommodations are provided. Events include, but are not limited to: campus department meetings; conferences; lectures; rallies; workshops; and other campus department sponsored activities. DAS is available to assist campus departments with the accommodation process. We can provide accommodations for you, on a re-charge basis, or refer you to outside agencies
To make accommodation requests for extracurricular and co-curricular events and activities, use the online REQUEST SERVICES forms, make the request in person, or contact Danny Kodmur at 510-643-6476 (voice) or 510-642-6376 (TTY) for Communication Services, or call 510-643-6473 (voice) for Mobility Access requests.
Students
Regularly enrolled students can make accommodation requests for extracurricular and co-curricular events and activities to DAS via the online REQUEST SERVICES forms, or directly to the organization, group, or department sponsoring the event. Student Groups

University of California policy states that all University-related events and activities must be accessible to persons with disabilities. Community members requesting disability-related accommodations should contact the organization, group, or department sponsoring the event. Please provide adequate notice for accommodation arrangements to be made.
